requirements set forth by the RoHS mandate. All Circuit Board Express's material
and processes of RohS are in compliance. Circuit Board Express offers the
following:
- ENIG (Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold)
- Hard Gold
- Soft Gold
- Immersion Silver
- White Tin
All of these processes are performed and maintained in our Haverhill

HAVERHILL, MA – Circuit
Board Express announced its plan to comply with the European Communities
Reduction Of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) plan by September 12, 2005, nine months
before it will be required.
The RoHS policy eliminates all Lead and Bromide products used
in the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards is due to take effect
in July 2006.
Circuit Board Express has been a trusted manufacturer of
printed circuit boards for over 14 years and wants to help its customers meet
this new technology deadline in advance.
As of September 12, 2005 Circuit Board Express will have the
following new capabilities in-house:
- Lead free Hot Air Solder Level
- ENIG (Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold)
- Hard Gold
- Soft Gold
- Immersion Silver
- White Tin
- OSP
With these new processes Circuit Board Express will be able to
help its customers stay ahead of the RoHS requirements.

Enterprise, Inc., a supplier of printed wiring boards to electronic OEM’s
worldwide. SPQR, based in Taipei, Taiwan, is a consortium representing the
manufacturing strength of over 30 printed wiring board manufacturers and their
services on a worldwide basis.
Under the terms of this alliance, Circuit Board
Express will serve as an Eastern United States agent for SPQR and its interests.
Thus, Circuit Board Express is now in a position to offer it clients
unparalleled support of existing and future PWB requirements, both large and
small, utilizing a variety of Pacific Rim manufacturers. This support will
include providing conventional low layer counts through 20 layer, having buried
capacitance, impedance control, blind and buried vias, 3 mil trace and space
technology, laser drilled holes, COB and BGA features as well as controlled
dielectrics using multiple laminate types within as little as a 2 week delivery
window.
