Rohs Statement

Circuit Board Express's Policy Regarding RoHS Compliance:

It is the intention of Circuit Board Express, Inc to comply fully with the European Community directive 2002/95/EC (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, RoHS) in respect of all products to be sold. This directive restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in most electrical and electronic equipment starting July 1, 2006.

Circuit Board Express has been working towards this goal since early 2005 and is capable of producing RoHS compliant products as of October 2005.
